Room dimensions are outside the drawing. Grouped sizes read across × down, excluding grout; the cut diagrams overleaf carry the marks you transfer to the tile.Grid offsets follow the 45° axes from the top-left corner, not the walls. Verify room and tile measurements on site, and dry-lay a row from the marked origin before cutting. Adhesive and grout are planning estimates — coverage varies with trowel, substrate and product.
What to order, and every cut
The whole tile first — that is what you buy. Then every cut, drawn on the tile it comes out of: the dashed rectangle is the whole tile square to the page, the hatched area is the piece to keep, the heavy line is the cut, and the dot is the corner every measurement starts from. Distances run along the tile's own edges. The small diamond shows the same tile turned the way it lies on the floor, with the same dot. Dimensions exclude grout; quantities count matching shapes, with mirrored shapes shown separately.
